Just bones, spring water, and time.

Handcrafted in the South Tyrolean Alps — roasted bones, root vegetables, alpine spring water. No salt, no additives, no shortcuts.

Why Alpine Pure?

After 25 years in Europe’s finest kitchens—from 5-star hotels to Michelin-starred restaurants—I know for a fact: the difference lies in the stock.

Store-bought stocks are loaded with salt, yeast extract, and flavorings. What I wanted to do: make a stock just like the pros actually make it. Just bones. Just spring water. Just time.

Alpine Pure is made in South Tyrol using bones from local producers and Truu spring water from the Alps. Every liter is the result of up to 48 hours of work.
